All services provided by "PremiumRDP.com & Subdomains" may be used for lawful business purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data, or material in violation of any applicable federal, state, or international law is strictly prohibited.

[1] Prohibited Activities on Our Enterprise Servers:

Anything that can result in Spamhaus listing, Phishing Sites / Scam Sites, Mailbombers or any spam sites, DDoS originations, Spam email, auto surfers, Netscan / Hack programs and archives, Use of Virtual machines or its software, Malicious Scripts, Botnet/Doorway/Carding/Jingling, Using RDP Server As SeedBox, BitCoin & Crypto Mining Banned in any form.

Banned Activities:

Any kind of Bots
Mining tools
Proxy Servers / Websites
DDoS / DoS / Brute Force tools
Any kind of E-mail spamming tools
Hacking / Cracking / Carding
Mail Bombers
Any type of sniffers
IP Spoofer
Port Scanners
Telnet or SSH Access Scripts
All versions of UBB (Ultimate Bulletin Boards)
Fake Login Pages
Resource Hogging Software Which Takes CPU More Than 25%

[3] Enterprise Service Agreement:

By buying our servers and using our services, you agree with our Terms And Conditions. The Minimum Setup time for every order is 1 hour. However, during a Large number of Orders, it can take upto 2-3 hours.

[8] Enterprise Uptime Guarantee:

PremiumRDP guarantees 99.9% server uptime on all our enterprise RDP plans. If servers experience extended downtime due to infrastructure issues, you may request compensation for the affected period.

Some Frequently Asked Questions:

Admin Access Means Software installation rights ONLY. It does NOT mean FULL ADMIN.
There is NO admin access in Starter RDP and Trial RDP.
Encoding RDP is used for Video editing, Video Encoding, Video Compression, Image editing.
Running Video Editing Tools in Admin RDP will result in Suspension of Service.
Any Kind of Hacking and Cracking activities will not be tolerated.

Refund Policy

You, the customer, are our Number one priority, and so, we, at PremiumRDP provide a 24 Hours Money Back guarantee to those clients who ordered our service and are having any discrepancies with it. The reason above has to be mentioned, and our qualified technicians will come up with the root of the problem and provide you with a suitable solution.

[1] Refunds on grounds of the pretexts mentioned below will not be accepted:

Ignorance of the proper usage of RDP
Unsuitable network connection at the client's end
Other technical reasons at the client's end prevent them from using our product to its optimal efficiency
Issues concerning third-party software
The refund policy does not apply to the All USA/UK RDP Plans product category
Invalid claims or silly reasons are NOT eligible for a refund

*Payments Made With Crypto are non-refundable.

[2] Private RDP/VPS Policy:

We Don't have any Refund Policy for our Private RDP Servers OR USA Location RDP
If we found any server fault (hardware related), will fix it as soon as can fix it
We have mentioned setup time for all products, within setup time, will not accept any claim about server pending or not delivered

Important Notes:

If you violate our Terms Of Services, Admin Plan Policy & RDP Usage Rules, no refund will be made at any cost
You agreed to our ToS and Refund Policy & Admin Plan Policy during payment
If you don't agree to the above Rules/Restrictions, then please DO NOT Place Server / RDP order

Admin Plan Policy

[1] What Is Encoding And Admin RDP Plans Policies:

We had configured our admin servers so that any fraud user who just wants to harm our users/server can't do anything. In encoding & admin plan does not have full admin rights. However, you can be able to execute yours. Exe files in this plan. Not all software can be installed on this plan.

[2] Why We Do Not Allow Full Admin Access In Shared Admin Plans?

As you know, many users just want to ruin others' work and business. They purchase the admin plan and use their admin power to add extra users, change the server IP address, install malware, and change the system settings, which can make the server unusable, offline.

[3] Rules Of Admin Plans:

We Do Not Allow Any Types of Hacking/Cracking/Bruteforcing Activities/Mining/Streaming/Mass Mailing On Our Servers
Abusing Server CPU, RAM Usage For More Than 5 Minutes Will Not Be Tolerated And Can Result in In-Service Suspension
No Email Marketing/Mass Emailing Is Allowed Except Our Spamming RDP Plans
No Vmware/Emulator Software Is Allowed Except Our Cheap Dedicated Servers Plans
No Traffic Bots Are Allowed Except Our Private RDP & Cheap Dedicated Servers Plans
Streaming Is Not Allowed Except Our Private RDP & Cheap Dedicated Servers Plans

Note: We Have Only a 24 Hours Refund Policy Only on Admin Plans.

Note: We Do Not Refund On Any USA/UK RDP Plan
